[va-bird] Common Loon

Hello VA-Birders,
While checking out a few areas along the Potomac River this afternoon, I
noticed a single COMMON LOON just off Daingerfield Island and 4 AMERICAN COOTS
in the water at Lady Bird Johnson Park.
Huntley Meadows earlier yielded at least 5 BARRED OWLS making a spectacle all
over the park, from the visitor's center parking lot to the informal trail. No
Snipe noticed today.
