[va-bird] Red-necked Grebe and Eurasian Wigeon

Greetings Fellow Birders,
A Red-necked Grebe was observed at length from island 2 of the CBBT at
12:00 noon today by Mitchell Byrd and myself. Adult Northern Gannets were
visible from all the islands.
The previously reported male Eurasian Wigeon was easily observed at Ridgeway
Park in Hampton. The bird was seen about 2:30 p.m.
