Sorry for reply out of town on VSO field trip

The Park is on the corner of Mercury Blv. (Rt. 258) and Fox Hill RD (Rt. 169) 
Page 50 on Delorme Va. Atlas d-4. There is a shell Station on the corner and 
then a Hardies drive in Restaurant and the entrance  to park is about 50 Ft 
past turn in  to hardies. Mercury Blv is a divided rd. So you will need to 
drive past hardies and make your first U-turn 
The best time to see bird is early morning or late afternoon. He is stayed in 
the open waters of the Hampton River at times.
