Just an observation, I noticed a lot of gull activity around Roosevelt =
Island yesterday evening around 5 p.m. I was driving over the bridge =
with the sun shining in my eyes, so I didn't get great looks. But, it =
seems that some of the ice on the river is melting and the gulls may be =
working foraging for those frozen fish. It is worth keeping an eye out =
as the weather turns just warm enough to allow some of the ice to melt =
away this week. =20
