[va-bird] Snow Buntings-Kerr Resv.

5 Snow Buntings previously reported from Kerr Resv. were still present today
around 1 PM. The birds are frequenting the rocky areas around the second
overlook just after crossing the dam (heading south)on RT 4.
Otherwise, birding was pretty slow around the lake today (strong winds didn't
help much). Adam D'Onofrio and I did see 5 Green-winged Teal on Clyde's Pond
at Dick Cross WMA (off RT4 3 miles north of the dam) as well as a bird there
that may have been a Sedge Wren though we were never able to get a definitive
make on it.
