[va-bird] Hunting on Sundays in VA

I don't know what can be more relevant to birding in Virginia (or anywhere for
that matter) than a notice alerting birders to safety issues while birding. I
don't think the posts by Todd Day was initiating a discussion about the pros
or cons of hunting, but rather it was appropriately informing birders to be
aware of the fact that hunters may be hunting at the same times and places
where birders frequently do their birding.
