Hey Bart,
Ravens are found in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia all the way south to
my area, along the WV/VA border. Maybe they came down the Potomac from
Jefferson or Morgan counties in WV.
I doubt that a hard winter would send them your way, unless you were having a
really hard winter there. They seem to enjoy cold, windy snowy places!
