[va-bird] Snow Goose in Norfolk

Shirley Bolinaga spotted a lone Snow Goose (blue phase) this morning in the
grassy area on your right as you exit the Midtown Tunnel coming into Norfolk
headed to downtown. He was with a small group of Canadas which has been
seen around the Hague for some time. He was still there this afternoon.
