Hunting and hunting legislation are inappropriate topics for VA-Bird.
Please take it off-line.
To refresh everyone's memory, VA-Bird is for the exchange of bird sighting
information in Virginia. Peripheral topics are allowed, but see the Bird
Chat posting rules for topics strictly forbidden.

Todd Day should know better than to start a thread on this topic. And I
