[va-bird] RFI: Red Phalarope record(s) in Piedmont

Hi all,
I'm trying to finish up a paper summarizing a few records, and I can't find
in print a record (or two) I remember hearing about, to wit a Red Phalarope
in fall from John H. Kerr Reservoir or vicinity. I think Jeff Blalock found
the bird; or maybe there is more than one record here (aside from 6 September
1996, during a tropical storm)? I have data on the 1938 Charlottesville
specimen.
Any help would be much appreciated --
