[va-bird] Bald Eagle over DC

I just had the unique pleasure of looking out my office window at L'Enfant
Plaza in DC and seeing a bald eagle fly from over the Capitol building to
the Potomac River right over my office. Very majestic.
See, there's hope in Washington yet!
