[va-bird] Barnacle Goose

The Barnacle Goose was in Cameron Run across Eisenhower Blvd from the main
parking lot for Cameron Run Regional Park. It was swimming with a group
of about 100-150 Canada Geese from 7:45 when we spotted it until about
8:30 when it flew up into a ballfield across the street.
