[va-bird] Eurasian Wigeon Information

Does anyone know anything about the male Eurasian Wigeon that was reported
(at a neighborhood lake at Christopher Farms) in Mary Reid Barrow's column
in the Beacon with Feb 3rd's Virginian-Pilot? Supposedly it was seen the
previous Sunday with a flock of American Wigeons; the Beacon mentioned that
one was seen in the same area three years ago. I'm interested in whether
the ID has been confirmed, anyone has seen it since, where this neighborhood
lake is located, etc.
