[va-bird] Barnacle Goose relocated!

I just got off the phone with Laura Catterton who called to tell me and
the rest of you Barnacle Bill seekers that the bird is at the miniature
golf course at the Cameron Run Regional Park on Eisenhower Avenue. I
don't know what his handicap is, but he probably hasn't finished the
nine holes, and there may still be time to catch him there.
