[va-bird] Colonial Heights, Chesterfield Co.

Today I stopped at a pond behind the Colonial Heights Sams Club, where there
were 15+ Ruddy Ducks, 4 Lesser Scaup, 2 American Coot, and tons of gulls.
Within a few blocks of there, I also saw an adult bald eagle and a
red-tailed hawk soaring overhead.
