[va-bird] Kerr Reservoir Pacific Loon 1/4

The elusive PACIFIC LOON at Kerr Reservoir in Mecklenburg County was seen
again during the Kerr Lake CBC on 1/4 at the Palmer Point area. It took
several tries but the bird was finally recorded by Brian Bockhahn swimming
"southwest of the point and down the cove of the lake" at around 1 PM. It
was not seen again the rest of the day. Also, the RED-THROATED LOON
continued. Good birding.
