[va-bird] Typical Afternoon on the Potomac--But No Pelican

After the rain cleared, it was just a typical afternoon on the Potomac, but no 
Pelican, which we've grown to expect.

Ft. Belvoir and Accotink Bay

  -Canadas -- 50
  -GB Herons -- 30
 - RB Gulls -- 10
  -RT Hawk -- 1
  -Am Crow  -- 3
  -RB WP (heard) -- 1
  -Mourning Doves -- 4
  -Mockingbirds -- 6
  -Cardinals -- 6
  -DE Juncos -- 50
Potomac Near Ft Hunt
 -Ring Necks -- 60
 -Lesser Scaups -- 100
 -Am Coots -- 200
 -Canadas -- 40
At Home Near Ft. Hunt
  -Mourning Doves -- 8
  -RB WP -- 2
  -Downy WP 4
  -Hairy WP -- 1
  -Pileated WP (momentarily at the WP feeder--always a thrill when they are 
close to home!)
