Hey, Ned. You asked for "welcome friendly, intelligent communication on
the matter" and then when you get it, you tell the person they have come
too late to the topic. Too bad. Not everyone was able to sit at the table
with you and the small number of others in your private discussions with
the bridge authority. Paul Kane had many good ideas and if they are not
all new, perhaps some should be revisited.
