[va-bird] Rappahanock NWR

Visited the Wilna Unit of the Rappahanock NWR today. The refuge sh= ould be
commended on the "grassland" habitat that they have established.&nb= sp;
While unsuccessful in looking for the previously described LeConte's Sp=
arrow, I did manage to observe a single Clay-colored Sparrow.
