At Cameron Station yesterday the Juvenile Black-crowned Night Heron was
still present (at the inflow to the ornamental lake), also the Merlin was
again seen. The Merlin's favoured perch seems to be high in the trees at the
junction of Brenman Park Drive and Somerville Street.
At the lake a variable number (3-12) of Hooded Merganser are present and a
Belted Kingfisher
Cameron Station lake is between Duke And Van Dorn Street in ALexandria,
south of South Pickett Street
