[va-bird] Snow Goose at Lake Fairfax

Hello VA-Birders,
I was a little surprised to find a juvenile SNOW GOOSE at Lake Fairfax in
Reston this morning, swimming and later feeding in the grass with 350 or so
Canada Geese. 350 is a little above average number of Canadas for the Lake by
about 30%. Hopefully this guy will hang around for more than one day unlike
the Cackling from a few weeks ago. If anyone goes to see this bird, bear in
mind that there are usually several Bar-headed Geese (exotic) and one barnyard
white goose that hang out with the Canadas. Other waterfowl present were 1
LESSER SCAUP drake, 1 female HOODED MERGANSER, and several MALLARDS.
