On January 2 and 3, Ray Smith and Fred Bogar traveled to Virginia's Northern
Neck and on to the Bay Bridge Tunnel to see Sue Heath's Razorbill. Sadly, the
bird was not present; however, they did see a vast collection of birds in
scenes reminiscent of those portrayed in James Michener's Chesapeake.
