Weather: 42 degrees, overcast, calm, occasional mist,
all the ice has melted off the lake.
Location: Viewing the lake from ramp, Hawthorne
Court, and highway 29.
Time: 1000-1300
Birds:
Gadwalls
Common Mergansers
Hooded Mergansers
Buffleheads
Mallards
Ring-necked ducks (raft of 100+)
American Coot
Canada Geese
Mute Swans (13)
Tundra Swans (4)
Ring-billed Gulls (50+)
Mourning Doves
Belted Kingfisher
Bald Eagle
