[va-bird] Blue-winged Teal, etc / Frederick Co.

I forgot to mention this on the last report. We found a single male Blue-winged
Teal at Greenspring Mill Pond, NW of Winchester, along with numbers of
Green-winged Teal, Gadwall, etc.
Also, as we did yesterday, we found a good number of Meadowlarks during the
day. While we were with Ian & Emily Topolsky (looking at the Rough-legged
Hawk), we saw a flock of about 80 Ring-billed Gulls.
