[va-bird] Grebe and loon follow-up

The Clark's Grebe remained for several hours yesterday in the vicinity of
First Landing State Park beach overlook, until at least 3:30, when a loon
showing
the characters of the Arctic Loon was noted by Patrick Brisse (visiting from
Georgia). Observers hunting the grebe should keep an eye out for the loon (as
well as the multiple Pacific Loons reported) and attempt to digiscope any of
them. (I'll send a 3-lb. box of Godiva chocolates to the person who gets an
identifiable image of the Arctic!) I will give it another try today in the
Cape Henry area myself at some point as well.
