[va-bird] Rough-legged Hawk near Remington

While driving up Rt. 29 this afternoon (1 January) I noted a dark morph
Rough-legged Hawk just south of Remington in Fauquier County. The bird was
perched in a tree on the east side of 29, only a few miles from where Todd
Day had a Rough-leg earlier this winter. This is quite possibly the same
one although I don't remember the age/morph of Todd's bird.
