[va-bird] Loudoun Redheads (and shoveler) - correction

Just in case anyone is interested, the Northern Shoveler I saw today along
Riverside Dr was a male, not a female as I reported. I assumed it was a female
because it didn't have a green head. Then I looked in a field guide...
I'd hate to have someone all excited about going to see a female shoveler, only
to have their hopes and dreams dashed to bits when faced with a mere male.
