Dear Fellow Birders,
I would like to see if any one has an answer for some strange behavior =
on the part of my resident mockingbird. Over the last several days he =
has developed a taste for pansies. He spends part of each day in my =
window boxes on my deck eating the petals of my yellow pansies. He does =
not bother the white or purple pansies. He eats them down to the stem =
before starting on another one. Has anyone every heard of this behavior =
before? Thanks for any ideas you may have, Donna Kistler
