[va-bird] eurasian wigeon

For those of you asking about the Eurasian Wigeon in Fauquier County:
I saw him on that pond off Harrison Rd on Saturday afternoon.
I've dropped by on two other occassions in the morning and he was not there
-
apparently early-mid afternoon is his prefered time on the pond.
