Due to use it or lose it vacation policy I have a few days off this coming
week and have decided to try to catch at least one of my life list escapees.
I live in the Richmond area & would appreciated any info on reliable spots
for the above three species- the closer to home the better. Last year there
were report of short eared owls in Louisa- anyone know if the spot is good
this year??  Bll Run post office has been mentioned previously also, but I'd
need directions to the site.
