[va-bird] Short-eared Owl, Fairfax County

All,

This evening at 5:20pm one Short-eared Owl coursed the field on Bull Run
Post Office Road.  Prior to the owl's appearance was a single Northern
Harrier and a Merlin perched in a small tree in the field.  Ron Staley
said he had a Merlin there a few days ago so this one must be hanging
around.
