[va-bird] birds after the snow stopped

Hi Va-birders
After the snow quit at PM I went out searched the Horned Lark flock.
Finally today I found what I have been looking for this year. There was
3 Lapland Longspurs with them and 15 American Pipits too and estimated
300 or more Larks.
