The Eurasian Widgeon was still at the Harrison Rd. Pond at about 3:00 PM.
Observed a Merlin and a Northern Harrier at Bull Run Post Office Rd. near
Centreville, at about 5:00 PM but the Short-eared Owl failed to appear for a
crowd of about eight birders as darkness broke up the party.
