[va-bird] NO Clark's Grebe @ Fort Story 1/3

Good Evening,
George Wheaton and I spent most of the day searching unsuccessfully for the
Fort Story Clark's Grebe. We also checked out the First Landing State Park
with no luck. We were joined by Fenton Day, along with some bone chilling
fog, in the afternoon. Visibility was a problem with the mist, rain showers,
and fog throughout the day. Access to Fort Story through Gate 1 was not a
problem for us, as all we had to do was show a photo ID and mention that we
would like to see the lighthouses and memorial.
