I was very pleased at the preformance of the combination of the probes with
Rommie and my slipstream communications device. It seems that radation, or at
least the type we encountered, doesn't effect signals that travel through
slipstreams. I will have to get with Rommie to see if intragating the
slipstream comm tech into the probes themselves is viable.
Secondly I must commend Malachi Fyrstk. Who is now calling himself Science
Officer in Training. He did an great job assisting in the finding of the Breen
who had abducted our crew members. I personaly have not had the mis pleasure of
meeting the Breen but I am sure it wouldn't have been a pleasant encounter for
either of us being I don't take kindly to being kidnapped. I myself would
recommend him for an acting ensign's position as well as assistant science
officer... if he has a mind to stay with the sciences. But he is a growing boy
and his intrests might shift yet again to another feild of study as it did from
piloting. But what ever young Mr Fyrstk sets his mind to do I am assured he
will become a great, and talented man like his father.
