:ON: Lost sat in his chair on the bridge. He wished he could be in his quarters playing his games. Even though Lost really did have a game with him on the bridge there was NO way he was going to risk the Captain seeing this transgression. The events of the last time still stuck in his head even though it had been quite some time. Mostly what he remembered was the threat of washing the entire ship with only a tooth brush. It hadn't then, and still didn't, sound like much fun at all. Lost's thoughts then turned to the boy, Malachi. He wondered how the kid was making out. Tru had really enjoyed spending time with someone who looked up to him. That was something of a rarity. In fact, Malachi was the first who ever looked up to him. It wasn't that Lost was dumb or anything like that, in fact he was quite intelligent. He just . . . lacked some common sense and always got lost in his games. Games were his one refuge. They never yelled at him or called him names. Unfortunately, he couldn't say the same thing for his family. Being the youngest boy in a fairly large family, Tru was constantly being picked on by his older siblings and cousins. Tru took a moment to look around the bridge. One thing about being the pilot, you didn't have to do a lot. Of course, that wasn't always a good thing. Lost could get bored pretty easily and when he was bored, he tended to space out. That, in and of itself isn't too bad. Unfortunately, it had a tendancy to have unpleasant consequences whenever the commanding officer realized that Lost wasn't paying attention. Still, not having to do a lot of work, was pretty cool at times. :OFF: Lt. JG Tru Lee Lost Helmsman USS Eagle
