Cold Wind was gusting out of the North and pushing half of the sleeping raft
of several hundred waterfowl south behind the phragamites out of view. Same
cast of characters as yesterday's report. L Scaup and Ring Necks making up
the majority of the group of 750-1000 birds along with the 200+ Am Coots
that have settled in. G Scaup still the minority in the spread out raft, but
just as evident as the Redheads and Canvasbacks. Only one DC Cormorant
remains on the big pond. H Mergansers and Gadwalls chilling out on the more
protected small pond. Cold front coming through tonight getting down to 28.
