White faced was seen at 2PM today in the same place as it has been seen.
Went over to the gull roost and there was not even one gull on the water. There 
were some up by the prison on the lagoon and some on the other side of the 
trees from the gull roost where there is water.  I had planned on an hour to 
scan the gulls for the Thayers......so much for planning.  Hopefully 
tomorrow....
