North of Tiptonville, Tn
Late yesterday afternoon, Dec 6, on my way back from town I drove through Black 
Bayou.  In the flooded rice field they are hunting in there were at least 1000 
Mallards and a few Gadwall ducks and a few Green winged teal. Further up the 
road going toward Grays camp area in the second flooded field on the right 
going toward Grays there were at least 50 Wilson Snipe and 25+ Least S.P.  The 
sun was setting and the light was bad. Some more were probably in the 
vegetation.
