Saw 2 Bald Eagles today (Wed 12/11/02) from the Solway bridge just south of 
Oak Ridge, Anderson Co. at about 2:15 pm.  One looked to be full adult 
while the other was an immature.  They were dipping and swooping at each 
other and came over the bridge quite low.  Pretty neat.
