[TN-Bird] Sandhill Cranes - Monroe County

Today just after 11:00 am I heard the calls of Sandhill Cranes. Since I live
in a forested cove I can only see what is straight overhead and so did not
get a visual. This is about 9 miles east of Tellico Plains - going up into
the mountains. Is it a yard bird if you only hear it?
