Some further direction info to the end of Steve's directions:

After you pass the Clay County Courthouse on your right, you
enter a subdivision at a curve (that eventually loops around).
If you bear right and follow the yellow lined road, it curves
around to an unmarked side road that goes straight, and leads to
the sewage treatment plant (the first unmarked side road dead
ends at 1o0 ft. or so).
