[TN-Bird] Nuthatches

Friends,
For the last few days we have been having a pair of Red-Breasted Nuthatches
come to our feeders along with our continued abundance of White Breasted. We
have seen the Reds a couple of times on our property since coming here in 88
and that was not at our feeders. We are happy to have them but have no
explanation for why they have showed up and are very active at our feeders. We
also already have about a dozen Purple Finches, earlier than we have ever had
them before.
All the best birding to all.
J. N.
Howard,
Fiery
Gizzard Cove
Near
South Pittsburg at the foot of
Monteagle.
