I just had a call from David Trently, on the KTOS field trip to Kingston Steam 
Plant this morning they found a Franklin's gull with a flock of Bonaparte's 
gulls on the second deep water pond.  Other birds of interest were redheads, 
dunlin and hooded mergansers.
