[TN-Bird] Re: Yellowlegs

The follow-up explanation of this for TN-birds is that
while I was out walking the dog just after midnight
last night (or this morning depending on your point of
view), I was listening to a large number of migrants
calling as they passed overhead. Mostly high-pitched
sparrow-like flight calls, averaging about 1 every
5-10 seconds. This is the most I've heard passing
over since mid October when the last of the thrushes
came through.
Then I heard a Greater Yellowlegs call about 5 times
over the course of about 1 minute as it apparently
circled and then flew off as the last call was very
distant. Or maybe it was 5 different birds calling as
they passed roughly the same spot.
Either way, a new yard bird.
