Hi folks,

About 1pm today I saw an Osprey while I was driving through Walland
(Blount County) on my way towards Great Smoky Mountains National
Park.

Pretty late.

Purple Finches continue in our south Blount County yard, with 3-4
seen at a time each of the last several days.  Between them and the
more common birds, we are going through a ton of seed around here
right now!
