[TN-Bird] Franklin's Gulls at Kingston Steam Plant

Ed Manous just called to report 8 gulls that he is 99% certain are FRANKLIN'S
GULLS at the Kingston Steam Plant in Roan County (Exit 350 off I-40). They
were seen in the big pond - first one you get to as you walk in after parking
by the ball field.
Also present:
43 Ring-billed Gulls
8 Herring Gulls
1 American Golden-Plover
1 Least Sandpiper
1 Baird's Sandpiper
8 Dunlin
1 Wilson's Snipe
