I went down to the river this afternoon and found 56 Franklin Gulls, 3 Herring 
Gulls and some ring-billed. There was also as best I could count,  250 White 
Pelicans.  I went over to Keystone Park on the lake and found a few more W. 
Pelicans near the pier.
