[TN-Bird] Dark Ibis Sp.

A dark Ibis sp. was viewed today by Ken Leggett and Myself in the area of the
Phillipy Unit of Black Bayou in Lake co. Tn. It was in the company of a lg.
flock of Mallards in a pond of water just off of the Phillipy Rd that runs East
from Hwy. 78.
