Glancing out at my feeders on the way out this morning I saw a familiar
looking  finch with a broad eye stripe. A closer look with bins proved to
be what I had thought- a PURPLE FINCH (female)

Location- Jacksboro, TN  Campbell County  N. of Knoxville just off I75
